In the framework of the framework agreement according to ยง 105 (1) point b). The customer orders the subscriptions with a direct order, and directly the development tasks by means of an order or written consultation. During a written consultation, the parties agree on the quantities required to carry out the development, the specific technical content of the development, the detailed rules for their completion, the completion deadlines and the consideration for the development. By signing the framework agreement, the Bidder undertakes to order the products listed in the table and their quantities in such a way that the Bidder must ensure the continuity of the SAP SF subscription.
