Ensuring full product support and operation of Microsoft products for OBHand courts for 24 months, 2023.
The task of the winning bidder is to ensure full product support and operation of Microsoft products operating in the court network on the client and server side. The winner must be provided with first-level support by the judicial institutions and their superiorsto its users based on received and forwarded helpdesk entries. Its task is also to provide second-level support to court system administrators and operators of central systems. The winner must participate in the operation of the systems to be operated, but the hardware elements are operationalfeeding is not his job. The winning tenderer is also obliged to carry out development tasks during the term of the contract, up to a maximum of 2,000 man-hours. The applicant undertakes to draw a quantity of 1,400 man-hours. The main tasks of the winner: Troubleshooting, Support, Consultation, Incident managementchange management, consulting, on-site support, full operation of Microsoft systems (e.g.: SQL, Exchange, Sharepoint, Security)
