Description:
The successful tenderer shall have the following responsibilities planned in June 18-21, 2025. During the fifth time, the Hungarian Motion Picture Festival (hereinafter referred to as "Moz.go"). The event will be in Veszprem, Balatonfuered and Balatonalmadi in 2025 years. It is expected to be held at least 3-up to 6 different locations within Veszprem city, planned at 1-3 locations in Balatonfuered, and in Balatonalmadi. Contracting Authority to provide event technology equipment and execution of the eventDuring the preparation period, a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks, during the event and during the post -production period, which requires a minimum of 1 to maximum 3 weeks. According to the aboveIt contains services, but also calculates with the tools and services needed during the preparation period and the post -production. For these items, the tenderer must calculate a bid price in such acosts, including traveling to the site. The contracting authority reserves the right to postpone the event to be conducted during the scheduled period if the epidemiological and/or war provisions proclaimed by the government, thus postponed to the event.fulfill ...
