Description:
Hodmezővasarhely County Municipality: Modernization of public lighting equipment with LED luminaires within the administrative boundaries of the Bidder, and operation and maintenance of the modernized and existing public lighting equipment. The public lighting equipment is modernand its subsequent operation and maintenance are carried out in the framework of an ESCO scheme, the Winning Bidder provides a service that includes the modernization of public lighting equipment, as well as operation and maintenance tasks, provided that the Winning Bidder provides allwill perform its tasks according to the contract at its own expense, the modernized street lighting fixtures will remain the property of the Winning Bidder until the end of the term, they will be owned by the Bidder at their book value at the end of the term (the book residual value can be a maximum of HUF 10 million). The ESCAs consideration for the service, the Bidder pays a monthly service fee, as well as the monthly operation and maintenance fee, to the Winning Bidder.
The duration of the service contract to be implemented within the framework of the ESCO financing method is 144 months from its entry into force (12 yearsv).
Partial completion deadline for the modernization: July 15, 2024. Start date of performance of operations and maintenance tasks during the term of the contract: August 1, 2025.
