Description:
Modernization of public lighting equipment with LED fixtures within the administrative boundaries of the Hodmezővasarhely County City Municipality, and operation and maintenance of the modernized and existing public lighting equipment. The public lighting equipment is modernand its subsequent operation and maintenance are carried out in the framework of an ESCO scheme, the Winning Bidder provides a service that includes the modernization of public lighting equipment, as well as operation and maintenance tasks, provided that the Winning Bidder provides allperforms its task according to the contract at its own expense, the modernized street lighting fixtures remain the property of the Winning Bidder until the end of the term, at the end of the term they become the property of the Bidder at their book value (the book residual value can be a maximum of HUF 10 million). The ESCAs consideration for the service, the Bidder pays a monthly service fee, as well as the monthly operation and maintenance fee to the Winning Bidder.
The duration of the service contract to be implemented under the ESCO financing method is 144 months (12v).
Partial completion deadline for the modernization: May 31, 2024. Start date of performance of operations and maintenance tasks during the term of the contract: August 1, 2025.
