AT's task is the comprehensive, professional and on-time implementation of the Hungarian Motion Picture Festival Event Series (hereinafter referred to as "MMF") to be organized in the cities of Veszprem - Balatonfuered - Balatonalmad
The importance of strengthening the relationship between the film and motion picture industry and the audience is seenin keeping with the tradition of the television festival of the city of Veszprem, the organizers of the European Capital of Culture of Veszprem - Balaton 2023 set themselves the goal of creating a new home for the Hungarian national film festival by taking advantage of the opportunities provided by the series of cultural eventsthrough the Veszprem-Balatonfuered-Balatonalmadi region. The program includes TV productions, partly in outdoor screening locations, according to genre, feature films, television productions, short films, animated films, documentaries. Most films are introduced by the creators present and the screeningafter that, discussions and audience meetings will take place. Current and important topics are covered in the professional programs, and at the same time, the popularization of the Hungarian film heritage is also an important goal. With children and youth programs, the goal is to educate future moviegoers and provide them with high-quality entertainment, get to knowincluding the best contemporary and classic Hungarian films. Programs are organized for several target groups, from elementary school students to university students. In addition, an important goal is the film presentation of Balaton and Veszprem, in part the presentation of old films, feature film excerpts, documentaries made here...
