Description:
5/1990 in the framework of the sales contract. (IV. 12.) Delivery of new, never-used, exclusively electric drive, 2 low-entry MINI type buses in accordance with the M3 category of the KoeHEM regulation to the Bidder's premises together with documentation, putting them into operation, and related sperformance of services (in particular, but not exclusively, handover, installation, putting the vehicle into circulation in the name of the Bidder, obtaining the required permits, training of operating personnel) as specified in the technical description that is part of the public procurement documents.
We are calling the honorable Offeroperators' attention that 321/2015. (X. 30.) With regard to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of the Government Decree, where a reference is made to a thing, procedure, activity, person, or patent or trademark of the make, origin, type specified in the documentation, it is only the publicIt is done in order to define the subject of the procurement in a clear and comprehensible way, and the term "or equivalent" is always included. The bus is valid todayit must be passed with a Hungarian technical test and registration number. The official records section of the traffic permit must contain the entry "road-saving axle" as well as an entry on the basis of which the operator (Tenderer) is entitled to use the bus as a public passenger vehicle....
