Description: Get 1 Microarray Scanner and Starter Kit in the framework of the 2020-1.1.2-market-KFI-2021-00305 project.
The Microarray scanner is to make cattle genotype readings using SNP genotype chips. Frequency of measurements: 24-240 individuals daily. The equipment will be purchased under the NKFI 2020-1.1.2-Market-KFI-2021-00305 tender for the development of technologies to support the production of industrial milk "extensively accepted from the point of view of nutrition physiology".
The scanner allows you to read microarray discs detecting single -point nucleotide polymorphisms that allow tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands to genotypizing into an individual.
Microarray tests should have the opportunity to use the scanner for 24 -hour continuous operation.
