Kazincbarcika Hospital liquefied medical gas
Liquid medical gases procurement of gases for the Kazincbarcika Hospital by concluding a sales contract. - Liquid oxygen 74,000 m3/24 months or to it related to service fees, rent of tanks to be installed. The definitions in the public procurement documents - for equal opportunity aspects and 321/2015. (X. 30.) Subject to § 46 (3) of the Government Decree - they only serve to define the quality requirements of the products to be delivered. Any type names are only used to determine the quality, in all cases the term "or equivalent" is relevant to them, i.e. the Bidder accepts performance equivalent to the named products (components of medical and industrial gases). Equivalence is provided to the tenderer by a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree VII. must be certified in the offer according to chapter The detailed technical parameters, as well as the details of the tasks to be performed by the winning tenderer, their detailed characteristics, the detailed professional requirements, as well as the contractual conditions documents and the specification that is part of it.
