Description:
Enterprise framework contract for the maintenance, repair, and supply of spare parts for own-owned Strako asphalt containers, other types of pothole adapters, superstructures and emulsion tanks located at the engineering offices of Magyar Koezut Nonprofit Zrt. (the tenderer). (part 1: Eastern Hungary 40 (+/- 2) devices, the 2nd part: supply of 26 (+/- 2) devices to Western Hungary.) The numbers given in the list of the above parts are constantly changing, so the number of devices that may be acquired in the following years, as well as the number of devices that may be taken out of use in the coming period, is not included. The tenderer must take into account that the equipment to be procured in the future is the same as the product in the part he is applying for, then he must also undertake the repair of those equipment. The net amount according to the contract (in part 1: HUF 36,360,000 net, in part 2: net 23,640,000 HUF) can be placed on a case-by-case basis until the end of the 12-month order period from the date of entry into force of the contract at the latest. The detailed task description is contained in the public procurement technical description and contract drafts. The net budget amount is requested undertakes to draw down 70% of both parts.
