Description:
Enterprise framework contract for the continuous operation of the measuring equipment required for authentic weight measurements [total weight scales (hereinafter: bridge scales) and dynamic axle load measuring equipment] operated by Magyar Koezut Nonprofit Zrt.n they are:
-maintenance,
-repair in case of failure,
-preparation for authentication,
-cooperation in the authentication procedure,
-coordination of its maintenance,
-maintenance of its environment.
Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.) With regard to the provisions of § 46, paragraph (3), the Bidder should callthe attention that, where applicable, only for the purpose of a clear and comprehensible definition of the subject of the public procurement, a thing, process, activity, person, patent, trademark, given origin of a specific make, origin, type, which has been recorded in a public procurement documents or a reference to a production process, with which designations the clause "or equivalent" is understood in all cases. In case of offering an equivalent thing, the bidder must prove the equivalence in his offer.
