Maintenance and repair of equipment operating at wastewater treatment plants and biogas line, and value-enhancing renovations.
Maintenance
Communal at the North Pest wastewater treatment plant in Budapest Waste treatment plant biogas Line energy production unit regularly - weekly, monthly and annual maintenance, providing service and preventing malfunction, occasionally repair and renovation of value -enhancing the public procurement documentation according to. Affected equipment: screw compressors (4 pcs), double membrane gas tanks (2 pieces), supporting compressors (2 pieces), sulfurring tank (1 pc), gas tree (2), condensate drain tanks (2), ceramic filters (2 pcs), gravel filters (4 db). + 1pcs cold reserves) as stated in the technical description. Tasks to be performed during regular maintenance include checking the affected equipment (wedge belt, lubricating oil filling, flexible wires, startup filter, condensate drainage, separator, cooling material, filter material, filter material heating circuit, valves, etc.), vibration diagnostic tests, tension dial grease grease, oil filtrations and wedges replacement, ph/t calibration, control cabinets check and clean, and comprehensive maintenance according to the manuals.
