Description:
On the basis of a general business contract, maintenance, repair, and supply of spare parts for self-owned asphalt containers, pothole adapters, and emulsion tanks located at the engineering offices of Magyar Koezut Nonprofit Zrt. (the tenderer). (the 1st part is planned: 66 (+/-4 pcs) Kobit hole punching tools, maintenance, repair, supply of spare parts for emulsion tanks and emulsion spreaders, the 2nd part is planned: 140 (+/-7 pcs) STRASSMAYR-made asphalt containers, pothole tools, maintenance, repair, supply of spare parts for emulsion tanks and emulsion spreaders.) The parts listed above the number of pieces is constantly changing, so it does not include the number of devices that may be purchased in the following years and that may be taken out of use in the coming period. The bidder must take into account that there may be assets to be acquired in the future in the part he is applying for is the same as the product in question, then you must undertake the repair of those devices as well. A fixed period of 12 months from the entry into force of the contract until the date of exhaustion of the net framework amount according to the contract (in part 1: HUF 50,000,000 net, in part 2: HUF 90,000,000 net) ad hoc orders can be placed until it expires. The detailed task description is contained in the public procurement technical description and contract drafts. The tenderer undertakes to draw down 70% of the net budget for both parts.
