Maintenance of 12 railway-electric vehicles
Business contract for a total of 12 406 series Stadler CityLink rail-electric passenger transport vehicles at the site provided by the customer, for the provision of maintenance services performed by the contractor's own workforce, as well as to perform other related activities. The contract, which has a fixed duration of 15 (fifteen) years for half the total planned operating time of the vehicles, is divided into the following three performance stages: - First performance stage: the contractor is responsible for building the maintenance system, the vehicles on the basis of the maintenance documentation provided by the seller, at the location provided by the customer, the contractor shall carry out the availability-based operation, maintenance, repair and vehicle cleaning of the railway-electric vehicles with his own labor, as well as provide for the maintenance necessary materials and parts, for a fee based on kilometers.
