Description:
The tenderer wishes to conduct an open public procurement procedure in 4 parts, as a result of which it wishes to conclude Framework Agreements with one tenderer per part for the following services, for a period of 4 years:
I. part: Railway passenger cars in domestic traffic GKT-300-AA-1022-b Main examcarrying out and modernizing its main inspection, running and accident repairs according to instructions I.
II. part: Carrying out and modernizing the main inspection, running and accident repairs of railway passenger cars in international traffic according to the instructions of GKT-300-AA-1022-b Main examination I.
III. part: InteriorConducting and modernizing the main inspection, running and accident repairs of railway passenger cars in traffic according to GKT-300-AA-1022-b Main examination instructions II.
IV. part: Main examination of railway passenger cars in international traffic according to GKT-300-AA-1022-b Main examination instruction, runningand accident repairs II.
Based on the concluded framework agreement, for the implementation of the given public procurement, the Kbt. According to § 105, paragraph (1), point c), a contract is concluded following a written consultation, during which the tenderer participating in the framework agreementhe is burdened with the obligation to provide or enter into a contract.
