The conclusion of a centralized public procurement framework agreement (hereinafter: KM) for organizations that fall under the scope of Government Decree 301/2018 (XII.27.) on the centralized public procurement system for government IT procurements, or that voluntarily join the centralized public procurement procedureRegarding the renewal, expansion, addition, and provision of related services of certain existing software licenses based on open source technologies (hereinafter: licenses based on open technologies),
1. in section: Red Hat Linux and other licenses related to it, as well as related sapplications (DKM01OSWL23), a
2. in the section: SUSE Linux licenses and related services (DKM02OSWL23), and
3. partly licenses and related services based on other open technologies (DKM03OSWL23).
The tenderer considers this software license based on open source technologiesthe licenses specified as the subject of the agreement, as they correspond to the definition published by the Open Source Initiative.
