- Laundry and wage textile service for health care institutions The National Prison Command, such as certain care obligations towards central public administration bodies and law enforcement agencies Decree 44/2011 on the order of compensation. (III. 23.) Government Decree (hereinafter referred to as BV Korm. R.) In order to fulfill its obligation up to a net of 107,000,000,000 HUF. BV Korm.r. based on the central care organization currently 81 health care institutions are liable for laundry, class service and wage textile services. The scope of health care institutions may vary under the time scope of the Framework Agreement. As a result of the procurement procedure, the Kbt. Section 105 (1) (c) of the framework agreement is concluded, on the basis of which the Contracting Authority shall be subject to the BV Korm. 4.
