- The creation of a Dynamic Procurement System (hereinafter: DBR) in accordance with Kbt. § 106 - 107. according to the provisions of §. The tenderer National University of Public Service is conducting R&D research within the framework of the Water Science and Water Safety National Laboratory tender (RRF-2.3.1-21-2022-00008), which requires a laboratoryi tests, among other things, in this Dynamic Procurement System. When setting up the DBR, apply the rules of the invitation-only procedure with the deviations included in the DBR sub-heading, Kbt. In accordance with the provisions of §§ 106 and 107.
The purpose is to order laboratory services thatthe results of which support the research projects and support the results published in the planned publications.
The reason for using DBR as a specific procurement method is that the time and exact quantity of specific procurement needs cannot be determined for the contracting authorityfully in advance. The Kbt. Pursuant to Section 107(2), the Bidder shall make available in the DBR the specific relevant precise technical description and contractual conditions at the same time as sending the invitation to bid.to complete:
