Description:
Framework agreement planned for the purchase of 22 types, a total of 692 pieces, of kits and reagents required for genetic testing for 2 years for Semmelweis University.
The NGS (Next Generation Sequencing)-based diagnostic tests are carried out at the Institute of Pathology and Experimental Cancer Research of Semmelweis Universityin oncohematology, solid tumor and cardiogenetic samples. The purpose of the tests is to map molecular genetic differences with NGS library creation kits based on DNA, RNA and cfDNA. The purpose of the public procurement is to perform diagnostic tests based on molecular genetic DNA, RNA and cfDNAprovision of necessary kits and reagents for sequencing.

The tenderer does not allow bidding in parts, as the procurement cannot be divided into parts in such a way that the public funds are used efficientlywould result in its consumption. Due to the peculiarities of the subject of procurement, the contracts concluded for parts would endanger the proper functioning and professional work of the Bidder, since the kits and reagents are used together.
