- Framework agreement planned for the purchase of 20 types, a total of 346 pieces, of kits and reagents for genetic testing for 1 year for Semmelweis University.
The Semmelweis University Institute of Pathology and Experimental Cancer Research carries out NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) based diagnostic testsprognosis in oncohematology, solid tumor and cardiogenetic samples. The purpose of the tests is to map molecular genetic differences with NGS library creation kits based on DNA, RNA and cfDNA. The purpose of the public procurement is to carry out diagnostic tests based on molecular genetic DNA, RNA and cfDNAz provision of necessary kits and reagents for sequencing.

The tenderer does not allow bidding for parts, as the procurement cannot be divided into parts in such a way that public funds are affectedwould result in the use of ny. Due to the particularities of the subject of procurement, the contracts concluded for parts would endanger the proper functioning and professional work of the Bidder, since the kits and reagents are used together.
