Description:
For the SZGYF and the institutions covered by the SZGYF, the conclusion of the KGFB insurance contract and the CASCO contract for the SZGYF with the content specified in the procurement documents and the technical description. Please note that the name of each institution may changecompared to what is given in this call. In the case of a change of name, the contract is concluded in effect or, in the event of a later amendment, a separate amendment to the contract is not required to enforce the data change.
KGFB for the SZGYF and its institutionConcluding KGFB insurance contract for institutions with the content specified in public procurement documents and technical description. The SZGYF and the affected institutions covered by the SZGYF intend to enter into a compulsory motor liability insurance contract in their current operationfor motor vehicles. The Contracting Authority shall inform that the stock of the vehicle currently consists of a total of 864 vehicles at the time of the initiation of the procedure, which may be reduced up to -20% (ie 691 vehicles) during the contract. The difference is the Kbt. § 141 (4) a)shall be considered as a contract amendment. The LXII.
