In the framework of a business contract, the Duraczky Jozsef Kindergarten, Elementary School, Unified Special Educational Methodology Institute and College provides a public catering service with the operation of the cooking kitchen. The successful tenderer is responsible for performing public catering and serving tasks at the Duraczky Jozsef Kindergarten, Elementary School, Unified Special Educational Methodology Institute and College (hereinafter: Institution) (7400 Kaposvar, Somssich P. u. 8.). The successful tenderer is responsible for purchasing food raw materials, preparation of ready -made food, including diet prepaid meals, serving, washing, cleaning the cooking kitchen and other premises provided to the entrepreneur, with the raw material zerm, the municipality owned by means and transport of food waste. The contractual price specified in the contract contract includes the purchase of food materials and the fulfillment of the cooking kitchen operating activities in accordance with the documentation.
