Description:
Sales contract, the subject of which is the purchase of 1 25-field 22 kV medium-voltage, air-insulated, metal-encased switchgear with a nominal voltage of 22 kV
Kaposfuered. 22 kV switchgear ins.procurement of full, metal-encased switchgear with a nominal voltage of 22 kV, as specified in the public procurement documents and in this call. The enclosed switchgear has 2 supply bays, 2 rail breaking bays (rail lifters), and 19 branching bays. wonand the main tasks of the tenderer during the performance (the detailed tasks are included in the additional public procurement documents):
— The Seller provides documentation at the design level, which constitutes data provision agreed with the Buyer and approved by the Buyer (workshop drawings)
— The Seller manufactures/manufactures the, performs the unit tests listed in point 9.2 of the Technical Specification, sends the reports on the (successful) tests to the Buyer and prepares them for handover at the delivery address
— The Seller delivers, installs and checks the equipment to the delivery address specified by the Buyerafter the installation and commissioning of the equipment, the Buyer will carry out a 3-day test run by energizing all fields....
