For Mercedes Basic Machines To Purchase and Transport Factory New or Factory Renovated Parts
K2516 Purchase of Mercedes parts
For Mercedes-made base machines, the purchase and transportation of factory original new or factory renovated parts for the net 290 000 000 000 000,- HUF + VAT for a period of 18 months from the date of entry into force of the contract, or, if before, the period of exhaustion of the amount. The Contracting Authority undertakes 70 %of the net budget to be placed on ordering orders. A successful tenderer acknowledged It takes and declares that, if the total amount is exhausted, the contracting authority does not use any claim, no compensation or other compensation, and the loss of revenue resulting from a non -complete fulfillment.
