- Permanent lease and operating service (together: all-in leasing) of 5 electric forklift trucks for a 48-month period Continuation of field BT-70, point III.4.7) Penalty for defective performance: If the Lessor performs incorrectly for a reason for which he is responsible, the penalty for defective performance is obliged to pay a fine. Defective performance is considered especially if the Tenant is unable to use the rental property as intended - for reasons other than the cases covered in point 9.2.
