The tenderer concludes a framework contract for the services used in the framework of the presentation of an e-invoice up to a net frame amount of HUF 221,200,000.
The tenderer undertakes to issue an order with a total value of 70% of the frame amount.
Expected services:
Providing an integrated internet user interface on which the connected and registered BKM Nonprofit Zrt. Customers (bill payers) can manage their electronic invoices free of charge, uniformly, conveniently, quickly and securely.their request for an electronic invoice (registration)
•They can view, download and pay their electronic invoices in different ways.
•The system stores invoices and related information free of charge for 18 months.
•Participates in and speeds up the handling of any complaints
•BKM also provides an internet interface for Nonprofit Zrt., which helps with the administrative tasks of the Invoice Issuer in connection with electronic invoicing.
Contracts arising as a result of legislative changes - or other contracts to be concluded on the basis of this public procurement procedure mIn order to satisfy the customer's needs arising due to unforeseen reasons at the time of conclusion, the E-invoice Service Provider is obliged to be at the disposal of BKM Nonprofit Zrt. BKM Nonprofit Zrt. is entitled to make ad hoc withdrawals in advance, on a case-by-case order basis...
