Description:
Sales contract for the delivery of 1 new rubber-wheeled rotary excavator with pinch bucket (hereinafter: rotary excavator) and the corresponding adapters and accessories.
Purchase and delivery of a rubber-wheel rotary excavator with pinch bucket for sorting logs and depositing waste.
The rubber wheelekes rotary excavator and its adapters must comply with the relevant European Union regulations and harmonized standards, as well as domestic legislation:
1. 16/2008 on the safety requirements and certification of conformity of machines. (VIII.30.) NFGM decree (machinery directive);
2. About labor protectionXCIII of 1993 of law;
3. XCIII of 1993 on labor protection. 5/1993 on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act. (XII.26.) MueM decree;
4. Meet the following standard requirements: MSZ EN 474-3:2022; MSZ EN 474-1:2022;
5. 6/1990. (IV.12.) KOeHEM decree (aon the technical conditions for putting road vehicles into circulation and keeping them in circulation). The machines must be handed over with a warning sign and put into operation
As detailed in the public procurement documents, the Winning Seller is responsible for servicing the delivered devicesand parts supply. The purchase price includes the price of the mandatory equipment, the price and fee of transport, unloading, installation, training, as well as the consideration for the mandatory service during the 24-month warranty period (or according to the winning surplus)...
