24) Reason for exclusion of partial bidding:
The Kbt. On the basis of Article 50, paragraph (2), point k), it indicates that the Tenderer has examined the feasibility of the sub-offer and that the termination of the procurement is both economic,both are unreasonable from a technical point of view, because the associated additional tasks, coordination, financial costs and income sharing would have a price-inflating effect.
25) The winning Bidder is obliged to present to the Bidder by the date of conclusion of the contract the subject of this procedure - the contractduring the entire duration of its performance - a valid waste management permit(s) entitling it to transport, as necessary collect and/or treat (for utilization/disposal) rubber waste with identification code HAK 16 01 03, or with a partner (involved in the performancemust have a valid contract concluded with a subcontractor) who has such license(s) at his/her disposal. If the permit(s) is/are not yet available at the time of submission of the bid, the Bidder shall instead accept the Bidder's declaration that the contractmakes the above license/s available at the time of its conclusion. Failure to present the permit(s) by the Bidder in accordance with Kbt. Pursuant to Section 131 (4), the successful Bidder considers it a withdrawal from the contract.
