22)Reason for exclusion of partial tenders:
The Kbt. On the basis of Section 50, Paragraph (2), Point k) indicates that the Tenderer has examined the feasibility of the sub-offer and does not consider itlogically, procurement cannot be divided in such a way that it results in the efficient use of public funds. In the case of securing a partial tender, the necessary coordination of the various contracting parties who win the individual parts would seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract.
23) Tenderstipulates as a contractual condition that the winning Bidder must submit an ISO 9001 quality management system certificate valid for the entire duration of the performance of the contract or an equivalent subject matter for the trade and/or distribution of partscertificate or an equivalent certificate from an organization registered in another member state of the European Union, or other evidence of equivalent quality assurance measures. A winning bid based on § 131, paragraph (4).
The Bidder must state in his bid that, in the event of winning, he will submit the above document(s) no later than the date of the conclusion of the contract.
