VI.3) continued:
27) As a contractual condition, the tenderer stipulates that the winning tenderer must submit type test certificates and scales for verification by the time of the contract at the latesta simple copy of the supporting documents, as well as a simple copy of the documents to prove that the bridge scales are owned by the winning Bidder or are available under another legal relationship (e.g. rented or leased). In case of property, for example, tool arrowsimple copy of register, or invoice, or inventory, in the case of other rights of availability: simple copy of contract or pre-contract. Documents to be submitted by the successful tenderer certify that the contract is necessary for the provision of the service at the site(s) described in the tenderand during the entire duration of its performance in its own possession or available in the context of another legal relationship, e.g. at least 2 certified 30 ton bridge scales will be available for each rented or leased site.
Failure to provide the above document(s)worth the Kbt. Pursuant to § 131, paragraph (4), the winning bidder considers it a withdrawal from the contract. The bidder must state in his bid that, if he wins, he will submit the above document(s) no later than the date of the conclusion of the contract....
