Description: Entrepreneurial contract for the full supply of planning and construction tasks of projects designed to develop the projects of the "Waterworks for Water Urban Examination and Cleaning" in accordance with the terms and conditions of the FIDIC Yellow Book. The Government relied on the obligation to commit a commitment to the European Union or other international organizations during the 2007-2013 programming period referred to by the Government by the Minister of National Development and during the 2014-2020 programming period for sewage and cleaning, waste management and drinking water quality 339/2014 on the implementation of repair investments.
