A solution that can effectively support the work of the operating staff is needed for the continuous and reliable monitoring of the large number of network and IT equipment of the Varkapitanysag Nonprofit Zrt.
Supervision of the network, server infrastructure and the applications running on itthe purpose of these is for the Tenderer to see exactly the actual availability and performance of its system, and by using the information obtained on the basis of monitoring, to quickly find out about problems in the operation of the systems or a decrease in performance, and based on this, the reasonstos and support quick exploration.
The monitoring system must continuously monitor the operation of the individual elements, so that it can indicate malfunctions and problems with reduced performance even before the effects of the error appear. This gives the Bidder the opportunity to proactively interveneet, which can be used to avoid downtime of service provider systems, thus increasing its availability and efficiency. By knowing the structure of the monitored infrastructure, it is able to predict the sources of danger and their effects, as well as to determine the cause of an error occurring somewhere.
The procurerIt is the task of the desired system to ensure that errors in the IT system of the Bidder are not only detected reactively, mostly based on user error reports, and it should also be able to deal with the fact that the systems often cover up minor IT errors, service outages...
