Description:
Provide support for 24 months at the National University of Public Service Fund and central infrastructure operation. The university has 2 rural and 3 Budapest colonies and has an IT infrastructure a complex homogeneous device system based on structured, georedundantNetwork and server, storage system. Operational support must cover two areas, on the one hand, SLA -based service, with the aim of minimizing service losses, with continuous supervision, preactive intervention and, in the case of incident, the shortest time troubleshooting.On the other hand, it is a work -hour service that is essential for the optimization of the system, implementing individual solutions, and long -term sustainability. Network devices, uniformly (Cisco), more than 300 Switch, and nearly 1000 wireless access points (AP).
