Description:
In connection with the complete renovation and change of function of the Liszt Institute Moscow (121069 Moscow, Povarskaja u. 21., Russia), performing the technical inspection tasks of the complete reconstruction works.vocal area approx. 1680 m2. The plot is owned by the Russian state, and the Hungarian state's free, indefinite land use right is registered on the title page. The superstructure was given to the Hungarian state for permanent use in 1935. Based on the information provided by the Moscow Monument Protection Office, the building is the Oconstitutes the cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation, registered as a monument of local and national importance.
The XIX. century manor-like building was the seat of the Hungarian embassy in Moscow from the 1930s to 1972. It was transformed based on the Hungarian-Soviet agreement signed on February 26, 1988lt its function, the Moscow Cultural Institute was located here. The technical condition of the building has deteriorated, it has undergone numerous repairs in the past more than 150 years, but at the same time its complete renovation has become timely.to satisfy guest apartments, office spaces and representational needs in the building. The building is a public building (definition according to LXXVIII. tv. § 2. 9 of 1997 on the shaping and protection of the built environment).
