INTERREG IT system operational support
The task of the winning tenderer is the continuous operational support and further development of the INTERREG IT System in such a way that the 2014-2020 and 2021-2027s provide IT support for the execution of certain Interreg programs and projects managed during the programming period, as defined in the technical description, for which IT system the Procuring Entity has the necessary copyrights to order the subject of this procurement. The informationormatic system serves approximately 4,000 users.
The main tasks of the winning tenderer in connection with operational support are in particular:
a)error management
b)Help-Desk service - This must be provided when using the INTERREG IT System - on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -phone service in Hungarian and English.
c) Management of application environments
d) Release management
e) Request for support
f) Expert and educational services
g) Update of system documentation and creation of release documentation
The main tasks of the winning bidder are the individual further developmentin this connection, in particular:
Implementation of further developments includes system function changes and the development of new functions that are new compared to the approved and effective specification level user manuals (business processes, logical or functional modification)...
