UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals]in order to select a service provider for Developing and Assessing a 3D Imaging System for Screening of Child Acute Malnutrition in Emergency Settings.UNICEF is seeking an institutional contractor which will develop and assess a 3D Imaging System to be implemented in emergency context (potentially 4 countries in ESARO and ROSA). This engagement aims to adapt a 3D imaging system to be used during mass screenings for child acute malnutrition in emergency settings, including for efficiently measuring both length/height and arm circumference. This technology will also be tested and check the viability of scaling the technology globally.
