Description:
In this public procurement procedure, the tenderer wishes to purchase a preparatory equipment designed for a special research and development task within the framework of the MENL project.with the help of the argon atmosphere contains O2 and H2O in a concentration of 0.1 ppm. the controlled argon atmosphere makes it possible to work with lithium metal inside the chamber (due to the high chemical reactivity of li, it is not possible to work in air) and the new generation li-ion (as li-s and silicardbody) battery production, electrolyte loading and preparation of solid li-ion electrolyte thin layers using the cathode sputtering unit. the metal evaporation unit integrated into the system and forming its organic unit is used for the synthesis of the metal lithium layers. in the framework of the project, jusing the above equipment, we will produce solid state electrolyte produced by cathode sputtering, and metal lithium thin layers by metal vaporization under an inert, controlled argon atmosphere. chapete, included in the technical description.
