Description:
Purchase of incontinence pant diapers, premature, newborn and child pant diapers in the framework of a sales contract in three parts as specified in the technical product description according to the public procurement documents and per item.
Incontinence pant diapers
Incontinence pant diapers totalsen 409,092 per item based on the professional minimum requirements defined in the technical description, of which XS size: 7,692; Size S: 1400 pcs.; Size M: 107,692 pcs.; L size: 246,154 pcs.;
XL size: 46,154 pcs. An offer must be made for all items (products) within the section, otherwise the offer is the offert the Cbt. It is invalid based on point e) of § 73, subsection (1). The offer is also invalid if the recommended product does not comply with the technical description. Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30) § 46 (3) is the guide. provisions ("or equivalent") are recorded by the Tenderer, hogy also accepts products that fully comply with the parameters specified in the technical description from a professional care point of view (or have proven parameters that are more favorable than those). Compliance with the technical parameters (equivalence) must be proved by the bidder in his offer, oneby describing the characteristics of the equivalent product and submitting supporting document(s) (manufacturer's technical description).
