Description:
Eradication of 1,800 tons of illegally placed construction-demolition, 275 tons of rubble and mixed municipal waste and 125 tons of other abandoned waste
1. also on properties in the jurisdiction of the Department of Environmental Protection, Nature Conservation and Waste Management of the Fejer County Government Officeremoval of waste with different waste identifiers placed illegally by minors, handing over to the operator (in the case of hazardous waste, pre-treatment or final treatment, in the case of non-hazardous waste, utilization, disposal, except in the case of waste with the identification code 16 01 06(n pre-treatment, utilization) by documenting the transported waste in accordance with the law.
2. The contractor is responsible for collecting the waste on site, sorting it as necessary, loading it manually or mechanically, as well as handing it over to the operator (in the case of hazardous waste,for final treatment; for utilization or disposal in the case of non-hazardous waste, except for pre-treatment and utilization in the case of waste with identification code 16 01 06), where the waste must also be weighed.
3. The possibility of delivery from special places must be ensured: that is, it is difficultn the possibility of providing removal from accessible areas (dense vegetation, steep-sided pits, depressions, underwater) with special machines and equipment.
