The tenderer wishes to enter into a framework purchase agreement for both parts of the offer in relation to the Hungarian and foreign language books published in Hungary as specified in the technical specifications.ek, in view of the fact that the contracting authority undertakes to draw 70% of the specified amount, not the specified quantity.
