Supercomputing (High Performance Computing - HPC) gives researchers and engineers the opportunity to investigate things that would be impossible or very expensive and time-consuming without a supercomputer. With advanced computing capacity, we can test the aerodynamics of vehicleswithout making them, we can test their safety features without breaking them, or find a cure for a disease without testing all possible drugs on living subjects.weak, certain software is required that can run these simulations. It is an important requirement for these software to be able to take advantage of the benefits of parallel execution, otherwise the added value that HPC can provide will not apply.
