Procurement of "Providing practical training for helicopter pilots" as part of a framework agreement. Detailed technical requirements are contained in the technical description. The contract detailed expectations regarding its fulfillment are included in the draft framework agreement.
The main requirements for the provision of practical and theoretical training services related to helicopter pilot training: The organization providing the practical training is the Ministry of Construction and Transport (EKM) Aviation You must have an Operational Manual (OM) and a license (ATO) approved by the Office, which enables the practical and theoretical part of the training necessary for the implementation of the program to be conducted within the framework of the organization. Practical training: CPL(H) training, which includes at least 140 hours a practical flight on a helicopter or a mixed helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft, as well as the required test flight, as well as pre- and post-flight preparatory theoretical lessons, are also part of the program, in accordance with the relevant European Aviation Regulations (EASA).
