Procurement of goods Sales contract for the purchase of 1 new 15-tonne truck Basic requirements: Place of technical and quality acceptance of 1 15-tonne truck: Budapest Koezut Zrt. 1107 Budapest, Bihari utca 4. Handover (delivery) conditions: The vehicle must be handed over with an inspection and registration number. The registration tax, marketing fee, all costs are borne by the Bidder and are part of the bid price. For delivery evasive vehicle must comply with 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KoeHEM decree (on the technical conditions for putting road vehicles into circulation and keeping them in circulation) in force. The technical and quality acceptance of the vehicle takes place at the contracting authority's premises. If at the time of acceptance, the vehicle's version differs from the accepted offer, the contracting authority may refuse acceptance. In this case, the contracting authority will proceed with a penalty claim, and the tenderer may reject any claim for compensation.
