Eoetvoes Lorand University's GTK buildings - technical operation, maintenance, bug fixing, cleaning, reception - Buildings affected by a business contract: ELTE GTK "Examination Center" Building and ELTE GTK building "P". The basic task of the successful tenderer is to maintain the continuous operational capacity of the building and the technical equipment by focusing on the preventive activity; Operating, Maintenance, Bug Repair and Corresponding Repair (Including Renovation and investment) tasks.
