Description:
Sales contract for the purchase of a geodetic measuring station and robot accessory package within the framework of the project with the identification number GINOP-2.3.1-20-2020-00005.

If the invitation to start the procedure and the offeruses a brand name and type name in the sales documentation, this was done only in order to clearly define the nature of the products to be purchased. Equivalence (regarding composition, function, raw material) must be verified by the Bidder with a technical description or quality certificate. THEz Tenderer is the Kbt. Paragraph (4) of § 58, as well as 321/2015. (X.30.) In accordance with the provisions of § 46, paragraph (3) of the Government Decree, it accepts the equivalent performance.
