The outskirts of Szentendre 0231; 0232/2; 0232/3 hrs. on the properties under (hereafter together: Investment area) the preparation of concept, building permit and execution plans for the establishment of the Annavoelgyi Education Center complex and its barrier-free design, taking into account the already givensurvey plans, the soil test reports prepared in June 2021, and the permit plan documentation approved by the building authority for the reconstruction and rebuilding of the Hauszmann Memorial House accepted by the Investor.y that the entire facility should be adapted to the architectural style and atmosphere of the Hauszmann Villa, and should have a modern interior layout that reflects the architectural legacy of Alajos Hauszmann and enables the full fulfillment of educational and training tasks. Another criterion is fitting into the landscapefood, the creation of ecological surfaces, the protection of the living world, and the use of energy-efficient, economical solutions and renewable energy sources.
