FUeZER CASTLE III.1 PHASE RECONSTRUCTION contract for the preparation and execution of an execution plan
Preparation of the execution plan of Fuezer Castle Felsővar Phase III.1 and execution of its monumental reconstruction:
Gate tower (Tower floor, Tower floor and Tower 2nd floor, Tower floor), Safarhaz (the groundreception area of the cabin lift on the first floor, Czejthaz on the first floor), Gatehouse (Kapualj on the main floor, Toemloec on the ground floor, research and expansion of the congested interior, Olaszbastia on the first floor), Clock Tower (Clockhouse bottom and Bell House), total net 353.65 m2 (gross 649.30 m2) with floor space, castle walls andtactical reinforcement (720 m3), Castle Yard covering (382 m2), excavation of tree deposits on rock lawns and debris slopes.
Architectural, structural, building mechanical, building electrical (high and low current systems, fire alarm) and interior design tasks are required, which are described in detailt and the total quantity of the construction are contained in the public procurement documents: among these, we have attached the permit plan documentation of Fuezer, REG-ELŐ var II.2-II.6 AND III.UeTEM, the effective, legally binding construction permit and the budget announcement.
