Short name: Framework agreement-high-rise construction works
Long name: Order of construction industry construction works subject to a permit within the framework of a framework agreement (high-rise construction)
Requester for tenders from Kbt. The individual business contractor shall carry out procedures according to § 105, paragraph (2), point c).for the purpose of concluding contracts.
This procedure is aimed at concluding a framework agreement with a maximum of 3 (three) bidders.
The following specialized works are necessary to fulfill the contracts to be concluded based on the framework agreement:
