Short name: Framework agreement - construction works
Long name: Order of construction works that do not require a permit within the framework of a framework agreement (high-rise construction)
Requester for tenders from Kbt. Procedures according to § 105, paragraph (2) point c) are carried out by individual business nofor the purpose of concluding contracts.
This procedure is aimed at the conclusion of a framework agreement to be concluded with a maximum of 3 (three) bidders.
The following specialized works are necessary to fulfill the contracts to be concluded based on the framework agreement:
