Description:
The Forras system is used to support the management and administration tasks of the Integrity Authority, which is an integrated system consisting of several modules - subsystems - based on an SQL database. In the system, the Authority uses the following modules at the time of sending out this invitation to tender: - Finance module - General ledger module - Tangible assets module - Commitments module In addition to the listed modules, their expansion with additional ones - during the contractual period to be concluded as a result of this public procurement procedure - must be ensured. The standard subsystems of the Source system are different they cover a wide area, but 3 main subsystems are the same for all of them: the finance-accounting, inventory-asset and commitment modules. Compared to these, the inventory function provides an additional service in all areas. Services to be requested: 1. Support/operational support service 1.1. Legislation and software tracking service Tasks to be performed: - Legislation and software tracking service for basic modules - Legislation and software tracking service for additional modules 1.2. Helpdesk services: The Helpdesk service is provided by the Bidder - 4 main users for the Basic modules, - you want to use Web Helpdesk for 4 main users for the Additional modules.
